WHAT DOES "I STAND BEHIND MY WORKMANSHIP" MEAN? 

That means Shawn stands behind his work on the bag. The stitching, the rivets, the structural integrity. The things Shawn cannot control are zippers and hardware. Sometimes the stitching and leather last longer than the hardware. He buys the most durable hardware and zipper components available but, lets face it, sometimes we overload our bags and pop a zipper or overuse a clasp. If Shawn determines that a repair needed is due to a flaw in his workmanship, he will repair at no cost. If a zipper or clasp fails from extended use, there will be a nominal fee charged to replace/repair. Please email shawn@stickmanleather.com if you have a repair request and include a photo of the damage


MAY I ORDER ONLINE?

Yes, many of our items can be found online store at: https://squareup.com/store/stickmanleather . Some items and custom colors are only available at the Pike Place Market if you have further questions, please email order inquiries along with your city/state and phone number to shawn@stickmanleather.com. Understand that we are a small batch leather shop and often we only have one or two of an item and once it's gone, it's gone.


DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?

We do wholesale custom work. Please email shawn@stickmanleather.com for any inquiries. Include your resale number or EIN when contacting us.


WOULD YOU MAKE ADDITIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO ONE OF YOUR BAGS?

No. Shawn has been making bags for 30 years and all of our bags are built with an intent to last you for many years. We hope that you can find one of our bags that will suit your needs.


CAN YOU PUT MY NAME IN MY BAG?

We do not have the machinery to emboss names into bags. However, we can freehand burn your name or initials inside the bag for a $10 fee; this can be done even once the bag is complete. Or, we can hand stamp your name or initials into a panel that we stitch into your bag (this must be done during the construction of the bag) for a $30 fee. Email shawn@stickmanleather.com Please note that once a bag has been personalized there are absolutely no exchanges allowed.


CAN YOU PUT MY CUSTOM LOGO ON A BAG?

In many cases, yes Shawn can add your logo to many of his bags during construction. The logo is heat embossed (think "branding") into the leather. The maximum size logo his machinery will accommodate is 2 inches by 5 inches. To start the process, we need camera ready artwork and a $100 non-refundable deposit to get a heat plate made. Final costs of heat plates are typically $150 - $200. Bags with custom logos need to be paid in full before they are built. (Note: It typically takes 2-6 weeks to get the heat plate from the vendor.) WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR BAGS IN PERSON?

Stickman Leather bags are sold at Pike Place Market nearly every day of the week. If Shawn isn't there, then you'll probably find Kenneth, Courtney or Natalie selling at the North end of the Market. If you are planning a special trip to the market to see the bags, it's always safest to check our Facebook Page where we will post if someone is NOT there. *Please note, we are closed many holidays.


IS IT OKAY TO TAKE MY BAG OUT IN THE RAIN?

With very few exceptions, Stickman Leather bags are okay to take out in the rain. If you're concerned, then use a silicone-based water stain protector (follow all instructions on the can and test an inconspicuous spot first). Click HERE for more info on how to care for your bag.

I LOVED THE LEATHER I SAW IN A BAG AT PIKE PLACE MARKET BUT, WHEN I WENT BACK, IT WAS GONE, WHY CAN'T I GET A BAG EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE I SAW?

Stickman Leather is a very small business. Shawn is just one guy making stuff with Natalie helping him in the shop! We buy small lots of leather which means each bag will vary in color/finish. Depending upon the size of a bag, we might only be able to make one or two bags from a single hide. When we can, we like to find unique hides, too, which means that every bag sewn is truly one-of-a-kind. We always try to have a black, dark brown and saddle tan in stock but color gradations and finish (smooth, shiny, pebbled, etc) always varies from hide to hide. In the smaller bags we are also able to get colors such as red, blue, green, purple, etc. Watch our Instagram and Facebook Page for updates on available colors and finishes. But, our best advice is, if you love it, buy it when you see it. We rarely have any bags that last longer than two weeks before being sold.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

No refunds. Exchanges gladly, of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions, or other works in any form to Stickman Leather LLC or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misundertandings or disputes when our products might seem similar to your ideas submitted to Stickman Leather LLC.
